Surgical Philosophy:

Surgery should be performed in the least invasive, but still effective, manner. This improves patient care, recovery and treatment. That is why I did an extra year of training to polish my skills in minimally invasive surgery. I also believe that bariatric surgery is not cosmetic surgery on a patient looking for the easy way out but instead is a life saving/changing approach to the current epidemic of obesity facing us in America. We can give patients a tool, but not a cure, to combat their obesity.
